Witch – Left 4 Dead

Gamers have yearned for a new Left 4 Dead title for years now. Even though Left 4 Dead has been in gamers review mirror for quite some time now that doesn’t mean we don’t remember the horrors of the Witches on that game. As you approach ghastly girls they sit and sob in the corner. Doesn’t sound creepy enough yet? Well if you get too close to them they go nuts. They use their long ugly fingers to tare you limb from limb while your friends run in circles trying to kill the thing. With terrifying screeches and enough power to take out a team of 4; these girls are more than welcome on our creepiest video game characters list.

The Joker – Batman

As if we all didn’t know that the Joker wasn’t creepy already. The word creepy is just part of who he is. He has the worse motives and doesn’t have a problem laughing about them. Just looking to into his demonic eyes should say enough about him. This is a guy who plays tricks on people to cause them pain and suffering… that right there should say enough. But that’s why we love him right? It’s that classic creepy attitude that only the Joker could pull off. The Joker is not just limited to a gaming medium but still fits in more than perfect on the list. The Joker might not just be one of the creepiest video game characters out there but maybe one of the creepiest fictional characters ever made.

ReDead – Zelda

The most notable creepy ReDead experience happened while running through the Royal Families Tomb in Ocarina of Time. While they are reoccurring enemies throughout the Zelda series the ReDead’s in Ocarina of time were enough to make children cry. They are brown and wear creepy looking wooden masks. What do they do exactly? They scream so loud it freezes you in your tracks. While you’re frozen stiff from their moans they latch onto you with their arms and legs and suck the life out of you. Whoever came up with the idea of ReDead’s has got to be twisted in ways that are indescribable.

Sean Keanan – Dead Rising

It wasn’t just Sean in Dead Rising that was creepy it was that he was the leader of a cult of psychopaths. Sean leads a band of crazy people that are sacrificing humans during the zombie outbreak in the mall. While Sean might not be dressed like them members of his cult it is their appearance that is so daunting. Those who follow Sean wear bright, long, yellow jackets and green masks. They are a lot tougher than the zombies and will even commit suicide just to try and take you down. Narrowing down just one creepy character from the Dead Rising series proved to be a tough task. We landed on Sean because there was more attached to him than just a random boss battle. Honorable mentions to this spot on our lists would go to Adam the Clown and Jo Slade.
